I had a wonderful stay at White Palace Halic, being in the heart of Istanbul made it easy to explore all the major attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, which really made my experience enjoyable. However, I did find the WiFi a bit slow at times, especially for streaming videos. Overall, I'd rate my experience positively.

I had an very nice stay at White Palace Halic. The staff were warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. The breakfast was good and having access to free tea and coffee was a nice touch. However, I did notice some noise from the street at times, which could be disturbing for light sleepers.
